The diverse RallyPoint community and the vast amount of leadership experience available through RP has helped me to become a better leader both in and out of uniform.

For me personally, RP has reenforced the idea of listening to others and trying to see things from their point of view. Everyone has something to contribute, and somethings there is more than one right answer.

I would hope younger serving members receive some benefits from all the unique experience that is available here. I know this would have been a very helpful tool when I was still serving. When it comes to leadership traits you have to have an open mind to absorb all available information. We should never stop honing our skills, subordinates depend on us to make sound wise decisions. This is a great question ENS (Join to see) and I look forward to the responses.

RP has helped me in so much ways! I met great people and was offered unique opportunities to develop my skills. You may have the best plans and intentions, if there's no one to help you out, especially in the military, chances are you're not gonna make it.
