Are half-sleeve tattoos authorized as long as they are not below the elbow?

I currently Have an unfinished halve-sleeve tattoo of a koi fish on my left arm. It doesn't form a band around my arm but I was considering having a complete half-sleeve. The regulation only discusses tattoo that are past the elbow and sleeves that are past the elbow. Also, it cannot be seen in my Class B shirt. So would I be okay with my tattoo?
