MILPER MESSAGE 14-183, ENLISTED TO MEDICAL DEGREE PREPARATORY PROGRAM (EMDP2) SUPPLEMENTAL BOARD AND REQUIREMENTS FOR FY15, ISSUED: [08 JUL 14]. This message provides general information, eligibility criteria, and application procedures for subject preparatory program. The EMDP2 is a post-baccalaureate 2-year resident training program for select, qualified Regular Army (RA) enlisted Soldiers to complete additional coursework necessary to prepare for the Medical College Admission Test (MCAT), and to meet the course prerequisites to apply to medical school. https://www.hrc.army.mil/Milper/14-183
