Is there an organization for top NCOs in the Air Force, Marines and Navy that is comparable to the Army's Audie Murphy Club?

Honestly, I can't tell you. I do know (and some will say I am being critical of Senior NCOs) when I say: It is a SHAME that there is not it is because there is a great need for Senior NCOs to share and influence those coming up in the ranks. It is most important to leave a "Legacy" for others to build upon when it comes to Character Building, Pride, Traditions, Courtesy, Heritage and History. I believe that there is a break down on what some of the goals of a Senior NCO should "BE' and "DO" as they reach towards the top of that ladder. I have been disappointed, for the most part, in Senior NCOs because of the lack of "Care and Concern" for those below them. I have numerous times met or crossed paths of Senior NCOs that were all out for themselves. Not everyone, but a greater majority than I would be proud of boasting about. When we leave the Service, when it comes our time, if we have not made an impression on some younger Soldiers to carry the above noted points, then all we have is what will be hanging on our "Love Me" wall for no one but ourselves to look at. I want to be remembered by those I have left an impression on. I have two Sons that I have left that type of impression on. They have both served. One is still serving and they have said; it was because of my influence. I know that is an extreme, but it has been such an encourager to me knowing that I have made an imprint on their lives in such a manner. "Mentorship, Coaching and Leadership"! In many ways, we have lost grip on those traits after the early 1980's. YES! There should be an Organization where Senior NCOs can come together to share and promote those traits and build the Bonds of the NCO CORPS! I can't wait for the "critiques".
