Does it take the long view? One problem I see with a lot of "analysis" is that we are still too close to the event to get real perspective. Oftentimes, the real impact of something won't truely be seen until 30 years down the road. For example: if you asked someone in the late 50's about Korea, you'd probablly get a lot of "it was a waste of time" or "we didn't win". But look at Korea 60+ years later and you see that it WAS actually worth it.

SFC Velasquez - it's very good. Outside of Ken Burn's Civil War documentary, it's my personal favorite.

MAJ (Join to see) , If you are putting this one in the same league as Ken Burn's Civil War, then I will definitely have to make the time to watch! For me, Ken Burn's masterpiece (my words) is the epitome of documentaries!

MSG Huffman - Ken Burn's Civil War is my #1 of all time. A truly stunning piece of work. Bush's War is a close second, simply because they interview the people who decided everything. It's amazing to watch their thought process about what we did going in.
