Advice for pursuing a career as an Unit Administrator?

I'm currently tasked in the S-1 section in my unit,I'm tasked with a lot but I want obtain more knowledge to be more efficient at my duties and more helpful to the soldiers.Due to being a 92A in a Quartermaster unit I could not receive a slot to go to Human Resource(42a) school to reclass.Would attending a UA course be helpful? Any guidance would be gladly appreciated!

You will want to attend the Unit Pay Course and UA Basic. 42A is helpful, but not required.

Yes going to a UA course is beneficial if you are assigned to Reserve unit.
