How could I get the process started to reclass to 11B, Infantry? What are my odds of getting approved to reclass?

I am currently a 92Y in the 82nd CAB over at Fort Bragg. I want to reclass to 11B. How could I get the process started, and what are my odds of getting approved to reclass?
