Who or what organization coined the term "Radical Islam"?

Who? Unknown. Today it is largely used by conservative leaning Journalists to describe organizations that promote Islam through violent means.

That is a good question MSgt Ken "Airsoldier" Collins-Hardy. It may well be a translation from another language where Islam in its true form is not radical.
I did a little research and it seems that radical Islam may well have been coined around the time that Wahhabi doctrinal form of Islam appeared on the scene in Saudi Arabia so that by the 1920s it had been coined [in Arabic most likely.]
Christianity is after all very radical in its pure sense; but, not as a threat to others. A personal relationship with Christ is guaranteed to result in a radical transformation of ones' life.

I believe the Term was coined by Emmanuel Sivan in one of his Books but not sure when.
