Wondering if someone can enlighten me on this... the ORB has 2 sections, an ADOR (that changes or adjusts based on promotions) and another section called cohort. When looking at the promotion histograms, is that based on cohort or ADOR? My ADOR as a CPT was 2007, which put me in zone last year - so I assumed that my year group/cohort was 2007. But I'm hearing from others that the "cohort" block is different than their ADOR (my cohort block is blank). Trying to figure this out as we start with these officer separation boards.

My understanding is that ADOR is you Active date of rank (for your current rank) and the year group is when you were first commissioned as an officer.
