Is there an Army Regulation stating a soldier may not be on 24hr duty (e.g CQ, staff duty, etc) if the soldier is within certain days of ETS?

There is no Department of the Army regulation that covers that. That would be a locally produced policy letter if it did exist.

yeah like the law that talks about wreckless driving. I cant do donuts in the parking lot but I am perfectly ok to drive after being up after 18 hours. I believe also thru the research that has been done, that this is also the equivalent of driving drunk. So remember, don't do as we tell you ( you know if I tell you to do something and its illegal you are not suppose to do it) just do as we want. If anyone would like the info from Department of Transportation, go ahead and read it.. and hopefully you can comprehend it its pretty self explanatory.
