I met him a few years ago while at the NCO Academy. He came to Fort Lee to discuss TRADOC issues and seemed like straight shooter. He was definitely approachable and didn't beat around the bush.

1SG Eric Rice, when were you at Lee? March/April 2012? If so, I was in SLC at the time which means we heard SMA Dailey in the Chapel.

I was at the Chapel that day. At the time I was a Senior SGL in SLC OD.
