I am not sure what the SAH process is. I just searched for SAH could mean. I think you are asking about the Specially Adapted Housing process.

I am referring to the Special Adaptive Housing Grant available for those who loss the use of 2 body parts: both legs, arms, an arm and a leg, etc. You must apply and be approved to receive $70,000 to apply for adaptions for accessibility in a home you r living in or purchasing
