San Diego is expensive. But, with access to the VA home loan benefit is that enough incentive to purchase?

I'd never move to CA. Much to expensive, people are crazy, and the laws are stupid. I also like my gun freedoms also.

The problem with real estate in CA is that if the winds shift in the market slightly, you take BIG losses. I had a friend that lost $180K in equity. EQUITY. My house cost that much in Wasington! Of course, the opposite holds true. "Do you feel lucky? Well do ya,...punk!"---Clint
