Though I am only 30, I've notice that the older I get the less I stress about certain situations. I also realize the older I get, just how little I truly know, which keeps me a little bit more humbled. This allows me to handle myself personally and professionally with a better state of mind and with more patience. What are some advantages you can think of that you have acquired as you get older?

Of course I can only speak for myself, but the biggest advantages of growing older to me have been increased wisdom and humility. Wisdom can only come with experience (which, hopefully, grows with age), and humility is a very difficult lesson for most to learn in youth but becomes easier with wisdom.

More wisdom as to what not to do! Advise those behind you of your failures and triumphs!

It's funny you mentioned that, I've learned a lot from my current and previous supervisors. Some good and some bad, but I believe it's those situations and experiences that help you develop that type of person and leader you want to be.

The best is that if you are a male, you can ask for Viagra an no one really knows if you have a "problem" or not... ;)
