How would you grade the presidents foreign policy and military treatment and why?

I was talking to a fellow trucker praise him up and down for both...I got curious about the general consensus

i would grade foreign policy as "Needs Improvement", as in needs more experience. Further I would give a citizenship grade of "U" unsatisfactory. I think the pendulum has swung pretty far. As for Military I have not been in under the president and do not have a first hand opinion.

Well shortly before I got out he cut the coast guard and navy's budget by 25% and we actually got cut from 3 squares a day to 2 and that has since caught up with the other branches...thank you for your response corporal

I too have not served under this Commander and Chief, but having two nephews currently serving one Army, one in the Corps. and to see all the cuts and to hear what they say about the changes. My opinion on both fronts is Unexceptionable.

There is hardly any area where he has benefited the military and then go around for photo ops with troops. The allegations against AF Missile Personnel and the distortions of sexual abuse. Considering the colleges are as bad or even worse.

Our government is minting armed forces veterans at a faster rate than it can care for them due in no small part to our foreign policy.
