Has anyone not gotten their tier selective reenlistment bonus?

Your SRB isn't reduced, you just don't understand how a bonus is calculated. You are paid based upon the amount of time you are adding to your contract. Roughly speaking if you are more than a year from ETS, and you reenlist 5 years, you are adding more than 3 less than 4 years to your service. That's the amount you are paid based off the SRB chart. Subtract 25% for taxes, 28% if your state takes taxes (if I remember correctly).

As SFC Boyd stated you only get paid for what you are adding to your contract. If you are 14 months away from your current ETS then you are only adding 47 months to your contact by reenlisting for 5 years and that is all you can be paid for, the 47 months. According to the most current SRB message Milper message 16-115, 47 months = $7,100 and this is just taking from your comment of your ETS being in June 2017 and it being May. If you wait one month then your SRB can go up to $8,800, however the messages can change at any time. Your Career Counselor is correct since you can get only get paid for what you are adding not what you still owe on your current contract. Hope this helps
