Alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency

I am on orders to PCS to Germany and was wondering if anyone knew this deficiency and how it would affect my spouse going to Germany with me? Any information would be helpful, and Thank You in advance.

I see from your other response that she is already enrolled in EFMP. The Army will not send you somewhere with her that can not provide her care.
