Take a 3x5 index card, fold it into thirds (now you have 6 parts front and back) you can write almost all of PRT on on a single card using each panel. Preparation Drill, Recovery Drill, CD-1 and CD-2, Climbing Drill, MMD-1 and MMD-2, 4 for the Core, Hip Stability Drill and even the Strength Training Circuit. Now you laminate that card, and it fits perfectly in your PT shorts pocket. When you lead PT you just pull it out and palm it and it cant be seen and now you have all that information literally at your fingertips.
