Have the requirements for OWA changed? Is anyone else having difficulties with it?

My OWA from home has worked flawlessly for years. I've used Chrome and Internet Explorer (MSIE for encrypted email and S/MIME, Chrome for everything else) with ZERO issues. Now the last week it times out, freezes, etc. Everything is up to date, including my Windows 10 and browsers...and like I said - out of no where. Also no virus, trojan, etc via any number of scans.

Perhaps the Army is now blocking access to OWA from Hawaii. Try accessing via a VPN.

I only know from experience that the Army blocks access to OWA from all "overseas" internet service providers, and am guessing that maybe this has now extended to OCONUS locations. Just guessing. Before you sign up for a vpn, are others in Hawaii having the same issue? Have you called the Help Desk (which to my surprise actually is manned and responsive)?
