Once the Warrant Officer recruitment says your packet may move forward in the screening process, what exactly does it mean?

USAREC will screen your packet for completeness. If everything is in order than it can be forwarded and held until the next board. Good luck.

They gave me the thumbs up that everything was complete. So now it's just a waiting game then? The next board is like in 10 days would I be going for this one or the next? and if so how long til they tell me yes or no ?

On the AD side of the house, once applications are screened by the WORT, we will send to Proponent for review and approval of all internal WOMOS waivers (if requested). If required, they will weigh in on all administrative waivers (AFS, Age, etc). Your application will be reviewed by the respective approval authorities and if approved, your application will be annotated as "board ready". Be advised, waiver processing could take 6-8 weeks in some cases.
