Even nurse and AMC AF guys said he doesnt need a PCR results to travel if me and my wife is negatice since he is too young. When we got to Korea they just automatically scheduled all of us for 1st and 2nd covid testing. is he really necessary to get tested? I looked up everywhere and it says he doesn't need it

If the local policy says everyone gets tested, then that's what it is. Each country has its own rules

When you say you "looked up everywhere" what do you mean? What does the local installation policy say about those arriving? If there's no policy in writing either by the installation commander or APHN, then tell them you're not getting your child tested. If someone produces a policy in writing, then the kid gets tested.

If there is nothing in writing from the installation commander or public health nursing then you don't have to let them test the kid.

Had this issue in Germany with lots of covid related things. Call the instillation public health and ask to see the requirements in writing. Tell them you will oblige when you see the policy on it. Every time that has happened here, everyone changes what they say and they start going by the actual requirements. People make up things, do stuff because they “heard” someone say they had to, blah blah blah. As soon as you ask for the written policy, everything changes. That’s what I would do if I you really don’t want to test your child.
