Does a soldier Discharged under chapter 13 get a final move to anywhere in the US, or only to home of record? I could not find any info in AR 635-200 or anywhere else. I did see on MilitaryOneSource that an involuntary separation with an honorable discharge was entitled one final move to anywhere in the US (Alaska and Hawaii included) or to your home of record.

My guess is, you will find the answer in the Joint Travel Regulations (JTR)
https://www.defensetravel.dod.mil/Docs/perdiem/JTR.pdf
But at more than 1600 pages........ I'll let you hunt down the answer...

I was under the assumption, and yes I know what means, that Chap 13 was not honorable in nature.
