My provider will not medically clear me, due to Behavioral Health. What regulation can I find this in?

What is being said is that I cannot medically clear on my da 5118 until out on the program for 6 months. I self enrolled in BH and ASAP. I was not enrolled in ASAP because there was not a issue that they saw. I have only been to 2 appointments at BH. I received an MFR from BH clearing me to PCS and Deploy. I have looked through that regulation and found nothing. I reenlisted for Korea.

You self-enrolled in ASAP and think Korea is the place for you? Brother if you go to Korea without a drinking problem there is an 80% chance you will return with one.

SPC Cameron Cummings,
MFLC counselors are at no cost and you can get 12 appointments. They meet with you most anywhere and they are confidential with no records from your appointment. Also, go do a random act of kindness for someone, so you can have a moment of appreciation/gratitude you can have on recall on when needed.

Ok. Same question different office. What will IG do in his situation? Without having all details(which I really don't need to know i.e.:HIPPA) from your question you asked you are not Medically cleared due to BH. That tells me that BH still hasn't determined you fully cleared hence not being cleared by your PCM.

SFC (Join to see) - Jag at FTCKY was always able to at the very least provide a troop with regulations and a proper direction, i.e. "go through IG."

SPC Rory J. Mattheisen Ok. But isn't there a CoC and NCO Support Channel to go thru first before jumping straight to the "top"?

SFC (Join to see) - There surely is; however, a quick anonymous phone call to keep yourself in the know is not a bad thing, is it? I didn't suggest he went to the CSM, I suggested he utilize the resources at his disposal.
