I need assistance on Form 3.2. Is the duty description first person or third?

I've submitted my packet for the May 255A and 255N boards. For the Warrant Officer resume I wrote in first person, but the board hasn't convened yet, so I couldn't say which perspective is best. I do fully agree with WO1 Jennings that as long as you capture essential information that makes you stand out among your peers you should be good to go; just don't copy bullets from your NCOERs.

I had two packets from friends who got accepted and graduated some two or three years before I put my packet in. One was first person, the other third. They were both first look selects. On mine I did it like 3rd person NCOER bullets. I managed to get picked up first look too so I'm left with the impression it doesn't matter. The only reason why I did mine in 3rd person bullet type brevity with just a little more detail was because in my opinion it was "more military". Purely opinion though brother.
