Do all my medals change over to Army Medals from the last 214 , because now they have the navy medals listed as army?

They should not change over because you changed services. I was prior Army before I went Air Force. My Army medals are listed as Army medals on my AF records. You need to get your records corrected.

Keep the ones you earned, they do not turn into Army medals.

Served in the Army N.G. to begin with in 79, transferred into active duty Navy before 1979 was over. Earned MUC, Navy Expeditionary, sea service ribbon in that enlistment. Years passed and reenlisted in the try1 program Army N.G. 2005. that was the last DD214 and they changed the Navy awards into Army awards is that correct or should I have that changed and who does the changing . If I explained this correctly!
