Has anyone successfully received their reenlistment bonus?

I have been waiting for my reenlistment bonus for almost two months now. Is this normal, or may something be wrong? I just need to know if this is truly the normal length of the process.

It all depends on the contract. Take a copy to the S1 and fill out a pay inquiry. Retention can also help to explain the terms.

Each time I re-enlisted for a bonus, I got it on the first of the following month. Submit a pay inquiry.

I had a split bonus with the guard. $5,000 up front, $2,000 after 3 years, and $3,000 at my 6 year mark. It took 6 months to receive the last installment. I also re-upped for another 6 years a whole year prior to my ETS, which in the guard, qualifies you for another $10,000 split bonus upon the same ETS date. It's been 8 months now and all I have gotten was that it is at a state level. All I can really say to the young Joes, is bend over and take it like a man.....it may not be right, but at least you get to serve your country! Try to look at that and forget about the bonus.

Also In today's army I must take time to state that the phrase I used towards the bottom is merely a way of saying the army is going to screw you over from time to time, but do not let that cloud your ability to perform as a soldier. Sad that I had to elaborate on that, but that's the army now a days.
