Which assignment is better DA selections or Nominative selections?

I am in currently in a strategic level nominative assignment. I believe it shows that you have a diverse set of skills that the DoD/Army can use in an ever changing and challenging operational environment.

This is a matter in which the service member really has no voice to express their desired choice. The best answer and avenue of approach is to maximize which path you were selected for. As someone who was DA selected for Recruiting duty, I maximized the assignment by both being successful within it and gained two degrees out of the deal. A Bachelor's and an MBA. However, I doubt neither could hurt as it postures the member for career diversity.
