CPO Locke, that's a question that only you can answer. Obviously it will be based on your training, experience and personal goals - all of which may or may not be greatly tempered by the availability of employment in your chosen field and location.

Well, if you are over 50 you can forget working, at least in any meaningful job. If you feel the need to work about the best you can do is greeter at Wal-Mart.

For me working for myself is my goal. I'd like to own a restaurant/bar when I retire. Use the skills I learned from the military and find some new tricks when I go back to school and hopefully use it all correctly to have a strong business.

Good luck on finding your calling when you retire.
