SFC (Join to see) - I like that it creates a community of encouragement, but I can't stand how much it's popularity has infected others' idea of proper form for many exercises and understanding of workout plans.

CPL (Servicemember) - That's what the manual says. Near as I can tell, it is an exercise where you lie there and do something prior to switching to MMDs or 44TC.
