How do you display your DTMS training calendar in C&S?

When I took over, we started using DTMS. We aren't 100% into DTMS yet, but we are getting there. I am trying to display the DTMS calendar in a readable format for command & staff, but I haven't been able to find a way. I really don't want to create a DTMS schedule AND update some other format. Surely there has to be a common sense and readable way to display it...thoughts?
