How about objective examination of this question?
I've seen videos (online, of course) showing Cambridge professors selling the idea, as well as former AF Industrial Hygienists going on record say that, for speaking out against unacceptable levels of toxic compnoents found on their air base, that they have lost their careers.
Read about AF pilots who are hand selected for this job, because they are "cold to hamunity" and therefor do not object out of conscience.
Anyone here willing to take a hard look at this topic?

I watched the video. The site is definitely alarmist...global conspiracy??? Fuel dumps happen, waste dumps happen. Nano technology aerosolized attacks on planet Earth? I doubt it.

I don't know about "alarmist" I would consider it to be. Yes, the media presentation does bear its sensationalist marks.
As far as nano-tech, not so new.

I don't know anything about geo-engineering, but I do know that countries have actively engaged in cloud seeding & other weather producing activities. China has developed tech to clear or cause weather changes. This is not a conspiracy, it's fact: https://thehill.com/changing-america/sustainability/climate-change/584502-new-study-says-china-controlled-its-weather
New study says China controlled its weather this summer
The Chinese government used cloud seeding to reduce pollution and increase the capital city of Beijing’s air quality index ahead of its 100th anniversary celebration on July 1.
