I do not recognize the term or maybe fully understand it. I've heard in circles that going to a WTU as a cadre member is taking a knee but of course that is or should be dispelled. So where is it in the Army or in any military outfit that you are suppose to relax?

Well, you are authorized to relax when the person in charge of the formation gives that command. At least that one should count for something.

I hear a lot of people say "take a knee" and just brush it off. If I were to honestly do this, I would go down in performance. Someone once told me that staff job was liking taking a knee. I take it they never have been on staff working late and long hours.
