Perhaps in my younger years, Ma'am. I have 25 years in and a wee bit older, so no, not at all.
BUT, I will cheer on anyone that wants to do it provided that they tow the line like the men do and have been doing for decades. The minute that I hear whining and cries for changing the standards, I may have some serious Chiefing to do. ;)

This is a false choice. I love my MOS, and I strive to be the best of the best at it. The fact that I don’t want to change to a Combat Arm is not a representation of what women in the military think about that particular opportunity. On the other hand, if I was told I couldn't do the job that I love because I am female, I would be incensed. That's the real question. Should people with the ability be denied the opportunity to follow their passions based on traits they cannot change even if it does not affect their performance?

Nearly ten years in, I'm not about to make that drastic of a career choice (would a male?). It's more about choice to me. Everyone, regardless of the circumstances of their birth, should be afforded the same opportunities.
From an operational perspective, I think it's a better idea to 'grow' your own females that can engage local nationals than to borrow from POG units (because who's going to give up their best females to play infantry?). I mean, you can use 35Ms for stuff like that, but if you have your own 11B females, you don't have to worry about training and integrating an outsider.
