I have six sigma green and black belt. Will this help me stand out from my peers and help me get promoted to SFC?

There's a difference between having a LSS ticket and actually making a difference with it. Hopefully you've worked a couple events where your LSS leadership made a difference and is reported well in your eval. Reviewers don't like hanging questions if everything else puts you into the third crunch review mode. Bottom line, LSS is a good thing. Doing something with it rakes in more.

After your NCOERS are racked and stacked, being a LSS BB, will definitely help set you apart. What else do you have? Are you a Audie Murphy Club member, or SGT Morales. Do you have at least a Bachelors degree? What other Military education courses do you have......UMO, SHARP, ALPS, AA/AB?

Working on my degree now I have 65 credits. UMO, UPL, AA, CBRN, MASTER DRIVER, to name a few. No audie Murphy or morales.

SFC (Join to see) - Make sure your NCOERS reflect your duty performance and paints the right picture for the board to see, that is first and foremost. After that, all of the Military and civilians education that you can stack up will help set you apart. LSS certs are very sought after especially in the NCOER corps. It will show the board that you are striving to remain value added and that you are promoting efficiency and streamlined management practices as a leader.
