My fiancé is an active duty AF Captain and I am enlisted in the army national guard. is this an issue?

From what I have read, due to my "primary" job being civilian, and the difference in service, my COC basically said all is good and they will do interstate transfers for me for when he gets orders. Just wanting to know the actual regs. Thanks!
