It is all computerized, it should only take a few minutes. What takes the longest is the decisions of the enlistee.

Like mentioned elsewhere, the main contract template is on the computer. It should only take 15-20 minutes to modify it for each soldier. The only thing that takes a long time is having a nurse or a medic take some blood from you so you can use it to sign with.

You'll spend more time reading it and initialing the correct boxes than anything else.
