Well, if your date by for reenlist is up, which is usually within 90 days of awarded MOS, you may not qualify. However, if it was due to adverse action flag and your results come back as "found", you won't receive it. If "unfounded" you should be good. Nonetheless, your career counselor will give you the best information. Good luck! I ask that you post your findings to assist future Soldiers in same situation.

Generally yes, but normally a flag does not impact a bonus unless there is more to the story. Nearly every bonus I have ever seen - and until recently I did USAR pay for a living - was simply tied to award of the MOS at the completion of training and maintaining assignment as a TPU.
The real answer is to be found in your bonus amendment. Check that, let me know what it says, and I will give you more direct guidance.

It says under suspension if I enter into a period of service where favorable personnel actions on my behalf are suspended entitlment to subsequent bonus payment will also be suspended if otherwise eligible I will be entitled to receive bonus payments (Section V) when the suspension has been favorably lifted this excludes suspension of favorable personnel action for APFT failure and failure to meet body fat standards

SGT (Join to see) - Payments in this instance are suspended, which requires a pay action (it is not automatic). Likewise they would resume once the flag was lifted, requiring a subsequent pay action. That is your missing piece. See your UA and explain what I just told you.
