Had job interview yesterday after testing tor 911 dispatcher but overnight began to wonder if I relayed my message rather than looking arrogant.

Hey, its the time for talking about yourself. I was given great advice on the matter by an HR professional who stated, during interviews it can be uncomfortable for service members to talk about themselves by their nature. But you have to jump in with both feet, they want to hear how great you are and I'm sure you did wonderfully!

I know the feeling. After so many years giving briefings, leading discussions and classes, and just leading Soldiers you have to walk into a situation like you own it to give that impression of confidence. Some who have never been in the military might feel uncomfortable with that or ever threatened by it.
