The end of Iraq deployments as whole sale units.
The winding down of Afghanistan deployments.
The reduction of the defense budget impacting training, maintenance, and personnel.
The reduction of personnel as we ramp down.
The rise of the Army suicide rate.
The rise of reported sexual harrassment incidents.
The increase in suicide and sexual harrassment prevention training to change our culture and preserve the force.
The beginning return to pre-9/11 Army with focus on JRTC/NTC rotations.
The focus on maintenance, basic soldier skills, and other items that were not the priority as we focused on deploying and fighting a war. Yes, there will be rocks painted!
