Responsibility is a lonely place, and he is responsible... whether he likes it or accepts it. The buck stops with him. It is easy to take credit for petty party agenda items, but ultimately he is responsible for all that happens and fails to happen. Every president is in the same boat. Responsibility is a lonely place.

It's just like being a quarterback. When it's all good. He's the man, but as soon as something goes wrong. It's his fault! Unfortunately, we have to many civilians living by that rule and not understanding the politics behind the "BS"!
