Yeah, if you don't already have an account. I've tried several times to claim they offer to no avail. Really LinkedIn is good for a way to list a social media resume but aside from a link in my resume and electronic applications I see no further utility to it.

The first thing to do is ask yourself what are you trying to achieve by being on LinkedIn. I generally suggest that you get to the point of where LinkedIn starts LIMITING what you want to do and then take advantage of the ONE YEAR FREE JOB SEEKER UPGRADE for Veterans.
