What's the hold up on AGR selections? Been doing it for 4 years now ; no luck!

I hate to tell you this, but 92A is not that much in demand for the USAR AGR program. In fact, it's one of the 12 SFC MOS specialties designated for QMP boards in 2015.
I'd recommend switching to 92Y, or at least becoming Property Book/Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE) qualified.

Everyone that applies for AGR gets put on 'the list'. You will only get an offer if someone leaves and there is no one available to transfer in to the position. There is a small window of opportunity to get chosen; you have to be at the top of the selection list, have to need your MOS, have to need have a position in the unit... lots of factors and very few positions. I'm right there with you; its a long waiting game.

As a few others have stated before. Reclass to 92Y and you will get picked up.
