How much sleep do you get a night when not in the field or deployed?

I just hope when I retire I can lose this internal clock. I can't seem to sleep past 0600 on the weekends.

Same here - if I'm in bed past 0600 on the weekends I feel guilty for being "lazy".

1SG Thomas, good luck! I retired in 2006 and I still get up early, normally around 5 or 5:30, even on weekends. I have just now gotten to the point where I can SOMETIMES manage to stay in bed until 7 on the weekends. Just too many years of getting up early.

Not happening, I too retired in 2006. I get up around 3:30 and never get back to sleep. One advantage..... I seem to get the first appointments for everything. Mr. Carey what time do you want to get started 0600. let's go...

During the week, I average 6-7 (but honestly, I try for 8) and on the weekends, definitely 8+.

Between 7-8. I'd vote, but it seems CPT Maurelli sees that as impossible.
