Something good out of Arkansas

Here is a teen who never served in the military, but is taking care of vets. He saved a number of them when a Tornado came thru. I think he deserves a medal from the veterans organizations (VFW, American Legion, etc...). Along with a scholarship. Maybe something from the services as well. What do you think?
