VA's mobile apps: https://mobile.va.gov/
VA also has an APP for that. Actually while at the VA clinic today, I saw a long list of APPs that VA was advocating.

Instead of the VA creating apps, they should dedicate personnel for faster claims approval. Mine isn't suppose to be completed until December 2016 to May 2017. Totally ridiculous for a 5 minute task.

Different part of VA. But you are absolutely right! This is the results of fast tracking the claims, now appeals have bottle necked.

SSG (Servicemember), maybe this will explain it: http://www.latimes.com/nation/la-na-veterans-appeals-backlog-20151123-story.html
VA is buried in a backlog of never-ending veterans disability appeals
