Have others noticed there are SMs on here with a Military picture and the uniform is 8up? ie ribbons in wrong order or location.

I am going to conduct an in ranks inspection in a couple of weeks. In all the times I have done so - about 30 - I have yet to find more than two Soldiers at a time where nothing is wrong with their uniform.
I once bet my CSM that I he could not find five Soldiers I couldn't find at least five gigs on in the battalion. He bought me a case of Summit Oktoberfest shortly thereafter.

Absolutely 1SG (Join to see). Without inspections, there IS no military.
Although, I could have asked for inspections on the way from the PX to the bus station when trainees go on leave. Ye cats and little kittens, what a mess.

I don't think I've ever put on SDW or FDB and not had to look up the order of medals...I'm pretty confident there's a few rather senior folks who get it wrong and are simply never corrected.

Sometimes it mat be a mirror image SSG Todd Halverson. I recommend that you tag the Ribbon and Medals groups because they would probably show interest in this topic.

I realize some are mirror images, but there are some that even with the mirror effect the ribbons are in the wrong order or location. It took some looking at the uniforms to confirm that they were not set up correctly having to adjust for the mirror. But, the right is still the right side and the left is still the left side.
