How do we stop illegals from voting in elections?

Some states don't put anything on the license about citizenship and even if they do it is illegal in many states to ask for ID from voters. For years Tennessee openly gave DL's to illegals and we had people coming from all over the US to get one. We licensed thousands of illegals and registered them to vote. Now you are supposed to have to prove your identity to get a DL but it is a joke. "Proof" includes typewritten letters addressed to you at an address, utility bills in your name, a rental agreement in your name and just about any type of government issued card. I have watched people get licenses with no proof of anything. The DL offices often have hundreds in line and they don't usually spend much time arguing with people who claim not to speak English. In past years I arrested people who had several licenses all with their picture but with different names and addresses. Not hard here to get as many as you want and you get registered to vote in all of those names.
