The honorable Secretary / Senator Hillary Clinton met with the parents of "shooting victims" and stated that "we have allowed our criminal justice system to get out of balance." My interpretation is this is another attempt at politics pertaining to both gun control and law enforcement. What say you?

SFC Dr. Joseph Finck, BS, MA, DSS - We'll see how much our criminal justice system is out of balance when the decision is made on whether to indict Hillary Clinton or not for the multiple criminal violations she has committed.
On the topic of the post, she is simply pandering to black voters.

To quote those great American poets, the Beach Boys, "Wouldn't It Be Nice?"....

COL Jean (John) F. B. Her former boss is letting out 6,000 inmates from federal prison to "even things out" a bit. Let's see how that works out for people in higher crime areas and other innocent bystanders. I am sure there will be no recidivism on the part of the 6,000.

Cpl Jeff N. - Totally agree. More than 50% will be back in prison after having committed more crimes.

LT (Join to see) Sir, I understand and I agree, but I show the respect for the titles, not the person. I hope you understand.

I do, ofcourse, I am the same way. As the main character from "Tge Band of Brothers" said to his former CO - Captain, we salute the rank, not the man :)

What does HRC mean by "we"? She and her party have had control of the Administration which happens to include the administration of justice for almost seven years during which time the civil discord she complains of has spun out of control. Granted, she was not party to that part of the Administration that directly administers justice, but she has been vocally active on the sidelines and, by her campaign commentary, we can expect more of the same should she be elected President.

COL Ted Mc - I well-remember the days when Japanese were buying up "the land". They purchased a lot of commercial real estate in Southern California and people fretted that they were "buying America". Ironically, I didn't see any of it being shipped away. It remained firmly attached. Later, they sold it at a lost with a net flow of American dollars back into America. Today, Chinese are "buying America" with funds they earned selling us consumer products that we purchased at ridiculously low prices. Realtors are setting up offices in China because the Chinese can't leave their country with the money, so they sign the contracts there (in effect, it's a money-laundering scam). They purchase two houses: One to live in and the other as an investment to live on. That being said, I'm confused: How does any of this relate to my comment that criminal law is a state matter "until the feds show up"?
