VIOS - DA Photo scheduling question

Hi everyone, trying to schedule a DA Photo appointment. When I go into VIOS the part to change my unit (drop down box) is grayed out and I can't click it. Same with the City portion of the address. I can change everything else. Is that pulling from somewhere like AKO somewhere or something?
