Do military courtesies extend to competetive weekend sports competition?

If your TM SGT and TL organize say a soccer game or a basketball game, do military customs and courtesies extend out to that? Me personally, I have no problem saying "Jerry, that was a B.S call" because we have that kind of relationship. I would never call anyone out of their name, because I dont do that crap, but my TL isnt getting any benefit of the doubt, or am I going to let a call slide simply because he is the CPT.
I bring this up because I see this dynamic alot in other units or teams, where by default of being the SNCO or OIC you dont call fouls or let crap slide. I love a competitive game, and would love nothing more than to play a tough physical game with all my teammates and shake hands over beers after. What are your thoughts? Are you more "forgiving" with the TL, CMDRS, and SNCO's?

Dont participate in unit competitions outside duty hours ,easy fix. Its for that reason among others I never do participate outside mandatory "fun days". The weekend/off days is for relaxing not interacting with your chain of command. Ill play a pick up game with my buddies instead.

It can. I didn't care and made sure those I played with knew that. In game, you're blue or red. Rank means nothing.

Brother im with you... If you cant play a competitive sport with your guys, a body check here, an elbow nudge there, then how can u trust your guys not to call a spade a spade and say sir, thats a bad idea, you should consider XYZ....
